organizer and retailer is the Gray Line d.o.o. which is the owner of the web site and domain www.graylinesplit.com (hereinafter: the Organizer) where the online store is located. Buyer is any person who chooses, puts in a cart and pays any products / service available at Gray Line Split webshop (hereinafter: Buyer).

Gray Line Split Webshop sells one day tours in which it participates as an organizer. Sales are made through a secure Internet connection and are open to all customers regardless of their place of residence.
To purchase any tour, the buyer must leave certain personal details. This is a necessary step to ensure the security of the purchase. The buyer agrees that the entered information is correct. The Organizer reserves the right to block the Customer's account and to disallow the purchase if it acknowledges that the information is inaccurate or that the Customer is attempting to undermine the security and consistency of the system.

The card processing and billing processing is done through the WSPay system, which is authorized by the Organizer for this purpose. WSPay cooperates with card houses and banks and secures a secure online purchase.
Tickets can be purchased immediately or put in a cart together with other tickets. The tickets can be wiped out of the basket, which leaves the purchase.
If the tour is confirmed, we send you a confirmation voucher and charge your credit card.
If you decide to cancel after the confirmation is received, some charges might occur (Unless otherwise stated, you are free to cancel any booking for free up until 48 hours before the start of the tour. If you cancel up until 24 hours before the tour you are entitled to a 50% refund. You are not entitled to receive a refund if you cancel the tour less then 24 hours before the start of the tour or if you don't show up at the meeting point).
The buyer is obliged to keep the tickets and not to damage them, pass it on, reproduce or give to third parties. Entry to tours is only possible with a valid and undamaged ticket. Each ticket has a unique serial number that allows entry to tours. Copy of the ticket or number can no longer be used for other tour. The organizer may not know whether the ticket is copied or lost and each ticket / serial number is considered to be using tickets. By sending an e-mail ticket, the Organizer ceases to be responsible for the Ticket and exclusively to the Buyer responsible for the tickets purchased. If a ticket buyer loses or breaches the rule and copies or permits a copy of a ticket, a third party is deemed to have accepted the liability for negligence or unauthorized distribution of tickets and the risk of a possible ban on access to the tour.
When entering the tour, the organizers authorized staff check the tickets in one or more of the following ways:
Tickets cannot be resold.
Tickets may not be used for marketing purposes or any form of economic activity. Any attempt to use a ticket that does not comply with the above policies and conditions is considered a breach of the contract, so the tickets will no longer be valid and can not be used to go to the tour.
Cancellations can be made two days before the tour via e-mail or in person in agency. If the minimum number for the tour (6 passengers) is not reached, organizer has the right to cancel the tour. Organizer also has the right to cancel the tour due to terrible weather conditions, but passengers will be informed in an appropriate time and money will be refunded or the tour will be rescheduled.

Gray Line Split Webshop is committed to providing personal data protection by collecting only the essential, basic information about customers / users who are required to fulfill our obligations; informing buyers of how they use the data they collect, regularly gives customers the choice of using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees who are required to do this. All Laity and Business Partners employees are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
The entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by the WSPay ™ online credit card authorization system in accordance with card and card brands requirements and PCI DSS standards. Authorization and credit card payment is done by using the WSPay ™ system for real-time authorization and billing.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms herein without prior notice as well as the right to relocate Internet Commerce to another domain
